Foundation Certifications/Certified Plot Plans

For new construction some communities require a Foundation Certification before building can commence. This is a drawing similar to a Mortgage Plot Plan that certifies that the new foundation meets all of the communities zoning requirements. A Certified Plot Plan is a drawing that shows the final as-built location of a building and is stamped by a Surveyor or Engineer. A Certified Plot Plan is similar to a Foundation Certification where both are stamped and certified by a Surveyor or Professional Engineer.
